Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The charming decor and plush bedding, complemented by the room's fabulous tranquil ambiance. Plus, the friendly owner ensured we felt welcomed and catered to throughout our visit.

Finding the hotel proved challenging without prior directions, and we faced some hot water issues which detracted from our experience.

The units are modern, beautifully designed with a very comfortable bed, the blinds, for example.

The stay here was amazing for 5 nights. Delicious breakfast with cereals, yogurt plus fresh fruit, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel's location was excellent, really close to restaurants and the airport.

The staff we met were ok.

Consider booking an extended holiday parking option. It's convenient and helps you avoid parking hassles near the busy airport.

Room had free parking and a tv, but no Wi-Fi available during stay.

Finding the hotel could be a challenge without detailed directions!!! The lack of dinner options on-site means relying on nearby restaurants, which can be an inconvenience!!! Cleanliness standards need attention for a 5-star rating!!!

Couples looking for comfort

We had excellent home-cooked breakfasts, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the lounge area was as inviting as a butterfly's embrace. The bedding reminded me of clouds, and I honestly didn't want to leave that really comfortable bed.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but worth every penny.

The peaceful garden area was perfect for unwinding, and the owner, Margarita, provided excellent hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the breakfast was to die for and the service was excellent, making our weekend special even amidst Crawley's charming streets and nearby parks like Tilgate Park.

A lovely escape with beautifully decorated rooms and fresh, comfortable bedding. The owner's hospitality was excellent, providing accommodations such as the cozy living room and personal taxi arrangements. Breakfast had a fantastic array, and the fresh coffee was a perfect morning pick-me-up. The lack of nearby activities and the need for clearer directions made arrival a bit challenging.

The parking near the entrance was secure and convenient. Our room featured exquisite decor with high-quality furniture, embodying the cozy luxury we appreciated. Fresh iced water and unique herbal teas, unlike chain hotels. A nice outdoor area allowed us to relax, but I recommend ensuring clarity on how to reach the hotel, as it can be tricky.

We had such a lovely stay in the Lotus room with its beautiful decor and super comfy bed that felt like a cloud. The garden area was perfect for sipping tea while relaxing by the lovely flowers or enjoying a peaceful moment by the water feature. Just be sure to get clear directions before arriving, as it can be a bit tricky to find. 😊

Lovely communal areas and a taxi service for early morning times were convenient. - the hotel is just 3 km from popular attractions like Tulleys Escape Rooms. - the breakfast offered was delicious and large, with cereals and yogurt, which was perfect to start the day.

When we arrived, we were impressed with the fantastic guest room and bathroom, and the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from St Nicholas' Church.
